Women Rights Network is a deliberate effort to plug back into the virtues of the African woman in an attempt to correct the abnormalities that surround women today and build their capacities as key players of society.

Today, most women are evidently trapped in the uncouth demands of a dysfunctional society where they need to act in certain ways to measure up to their peers or lead dangerous and immoral lifestyles to fit in or be accepted. This alone has endangered a lot of young girls and women in dreadful habits, twisted ladies with low self-esteem and perverted victims who have come to agree that they are at the mercy of men for survival.

For this reason, we believe that if properly mentored, teenage girls, young adults and women can unlearn stereotypes, fight insecurities, build capacities and amplify one voice across for the African Woman in her true beauty. Women, therefore, ought to be directly involved in dialogues and activities that affect their lives, families and communities. I believe that empowering women especially at the most basic level will directly limit the risk factor of endangering their overall wellbeing.
